Hi LN, I recently watched a video of WB explaining why he does not invest in companies where he does not understand, or they have (puposefully I think he was inferring) over complicated accounts.
Are you sure you are valuing intrinsic/fair value correctly here? you seem to be following a model that even WB would'nt employ here? Just posing a question not criticism.

Yuri, I usually invest on past performance and where an event has had a negative impact but which should be fully recoverable. Not very scientific I know but fortunately has worked for me very well to date. Other than here :(.

I may consider averaging down or maybe will just hold I'm undecided at the moment. But both your comments have given me a bit more confidence and patience with this investment.

If you are predicting 0.7 to 1.00 eps, assuming your ave is more than 4.00 ( i would think much higher given SP has mostly been higher) where do you make a profit? why would you buy now at +4.50?

Not really, intrinsic value can only safely be used when assessing 'quality businesses' with some history. Take it you are following Warren Buffetts' model? but you may have miscalculated on this one. They really havn't recovered, or done enough to justify IMO a full recovery, so question marks remain. Intrinsic value good for good, bad for bad. As Ive said I have to hope this stock recovers, bad technique as should drop it, so not knocking your enthusiasm for the sake of it, but I fear its misplaced.

Share has been dropping since long before the virus, people keep talking about bounce backs and intrinsic value? cant see it myself, unless BOD take some drastic action/achieve US listing for one.
