I bought £12k worth Monday, all I had left. Was going to address a question to our 'friend' but realised I've no interest in any response.

Willec, IMO its all going on behind the scenes at the moment with one offer received so far, and correctly dismissed. All other interested parties will be assessing what price to come in at, as their starting point, which will have to be well above the 17p previous. There is no bidding war until offers received, which will come and its that which will drive the SP onwards and up-up-upwards. Maybe some upside now as PIs will know there is slack between current SP and whatever the next bid will be, but main hike will come as above. Just IMO?

DMC13, I missed Friday opportunity as was travelling. Had to buy (more, have a holding already) Monday at 17.5p. I will make money, you will make more :)
de-ramper / paid troll ? as I understand it they try to supress bring down SP's for, well whatever their or their paymasters agenda is. Best to ignore or judge their comments against the majority posted.

Well said Jaggers, love the boxing analogy. Amerisur perform like an ageing joe Bugner plodding about spoiling and holding, stopping what could be a good show (prospects). Unfortunately he/they too got/get well rewarded for lack lustre effort and earned a good living from those (paying public - PI's) who thought his/their potential would one day erupt in a flurry of aggression/competence!! Never happened. Time this 'bored' get TKO'd (straight Knockout not painful enough!) and someone else 'throw their towel 'in to the ring. Rant over, sorry just soooo frustrated with this share.

F1 agree completely. There is no excuse for the BoD not protecting the SP. It shows a complete disregard for the PI's who put their hard earned in to the company. A game over, at any price!, For me maybe a welcome development and a wake up for them. I'll vote for it even at a great loss as long as it hits BoD hard too.

'why are we waiting, why are we wai...ai..ting oh why are we etc. Remember singing this as a kid never more pertinent.

Willec what are your SP predictions based on?

A further comment I would make 're A trades is that a few Sells went through today where the price paid was less than the Bid price which seems strange?

As its a bit quite on here today, think all are awaiting YE results. Thought I'd try get some clarification.

I've seen it mentioned that the A automatic trades are bots? looking into how trades are placed is this just trades placed via SETS? i.e. I could do the same 'limit order' etc? and it would show as an A trade? or am I up the wrong tree?

I use my banks' ISA investing facility. It provides a broker analysis (7 x brokers) which has, on average, provided the following feedback 're Amerisur, over the past year. Buy 60% Hold 40% Sell 0%.

GoB good post at 18:18 today. CD i don't think you can excuse everything because we are an AIM listed share its such an easy out. Little confidence in this SP so why would any ll's think differently and invest here? SP is everything! For a plc! Not a plaything for the BoD!!
