The sale process is a formal arrangement.Only if no other company wishes to pay more than 7.7p would there be an opportunity for Maris and Co to try some devious plot.But unless CA are somehow involved this would not work either.Whatever the outcome the current price is a base and I am buying

A concert party with those 3 shareholders seems highly unlikely.CAR and Kerogen ? They would need to have a resale pre agreed with an oiler for this to work

Whether AIM or not any deal has to be approved by shareholders so a 'stich up' is highly unlikely

Yes.it's UT equivalent BG Positive Change has an outstanding long term record and this IT has a 16% discount to NAV .So an excellent long term core holding

You can ask but you wont get.Major shareholders are on the website but only updated quarterly

All Investment Trusts trading at a discount to NAV buy back shares.It is a no brainer
