The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
Another disappointing day. I have a little profit made but I can this testing 4 pretty shortly.
Nah, will wait til later when the Mays proposal is defeated. Should send this on a downward spin which might be temporary.
No comparison....Flybe were losing 6k an hour at one point. This is sentiment based, not fundamentals. Price is reflective of a possible recession, decline in profits and brexit. Probably a bit overdone. Its behaving like an oil stock thats had a failed drill.
Thats put simply alright. History however does not agree with this so youll be wishing for a whole new paradigm. Anyhow, a topic for another forum
I know ill regret asking...but why will you be better off??
Very little in the fundamentals that would suggest it should be near this price. If your a pessimist, you get the feeling somebody knows something. If your not, then its just the same old case of stocks following bad sentiment and being oversold. Which side of the fence are you on?
ah i guess we will be fine. kinda expected after yesterday anyhow
im starting to lose hope in this. Given the hiding the Faags got, it hasnt been a disaster but its a real struggle beyond this point.
appreciate the clarification. Not sure we are at the end of this yet. How many times have we tried to catch these falling knives?
Sequentially speaking im not sure what you are saying. A vilolent end to a bear market followed by a spike..followed by???
if it wasnt mentioned, Ormonde Mining had a simular share. I actually sold out part of my position in them and bought a few of these.
Signs yesterday the Tungsten price was stabilising but it wasnt the most convincing news and maybe the reaction came late?
Some brokers say summer months are a quite time in the tungsten market. Whats the reason for that?
might buy a few more of these. supposed to be buying a house but there are none left in Dublin these days.
Good to hear your better :). this place needs your wisdom for one thing
Id like the tungsten market to be less bearish now. We are still good to go but the slippage isnt ideal for driving share price.
too quite said custard
Just bought a few of these, mainly because im in ormonde and on a winning position ...after years of misery. this looks like a somewhat similar story. why the skepticism about the mine and the ceo though?
Seems realistic. Im not quite as bullish given our dilusions during financing so ill look for exit soon. As Ive said, I dont understand mining
I own a few of these and personally i like to see companies doing business rather than being hype machines. Anybody here made an attempt to forecast the true value of the company shares as i know little to nothing about mining stock?
Also risks? I would worry about a general recession or slow down in world productivity which might slacken demand. In spite of the fact that this Bull run will come to an end, its not a concern for another while ...we might 3ven have a melt up first.
You must be happy so
Hardly unusual for the chief funder to take such equity. i would love to know the dice up of the other 30 though. I take it you are doctor doom around . here :) I havent taken time to research the share properly but there must be some projections based on likely output over a timespace
