likely to be solely in cash.

so, according to rule 2.9 both parties have to declare total shares in issue, buy 7.15 the follow day if an offer is made unless the offer is in cash.

So looks like cash my guess for MT only, paid by dividend.

Great work from TRX, market is huge this will be worth a few points this morning and with more revenue streams coming on line it will push the share price up. Very positive for TRX 2021 and beyond.

There maybe more buys missing in action. There is strong support at this level so no need to drop price.
