If all this speculation is true, the clock is ticking down... surprised the price has not lifted, which make me think that NN meeting was nothing to do with EUA. Hope I am wrong.

It is holding between 30 - 31.5 need to be above 32 for a break out today...

Hi Bamps in their last report they said looking to reinstate divi ASP with a possibility of a special in 2022.

Some of the divi cake will have been swallowed up by covid 19, but if others are reinstating TW should be able to, lets hope so.

Lets hope we follow other builder and reinstate the divi in 2021 then a huge special in 2022. GLA

Interest reduced to 3% above libor ( at present -0.5% ) from 10% plus a limit on convertible shares, agreement put in place med to long term. It may not be another contract but great news reducing the debt burden and dilution for share holders.

It is a no win for share holders, take shares in lieu of payment or a placement to raise cash to pay directors, there is still a dilution.

But the first shows they have some confidence there will be a positive return in them taking shares. GLA

That was a bit of a mess, some dilution when we convert the bond. but there is no change for the next few years on our return of 14%.

The other looks like she sold some shares without telling Adam. None of this really gave a reason for the price to down by 10%, other than MM playing their games.

I did top up and hope there will be some recovery into the weekend. Then building next week ahead of news flow. GLA
