It would be nice for the big RNS to drop, but I think our Christmas present will be late, nothing until after all the holidays are finished on the 9th of Jan. Happy with that as I will not have to pay tax until Sept 2022.

CBS could we be seeing the start of a take over, like you say the entity could have holding in several accounts and be held by several interest parties.

Perhaps an envelope will land on AMC desk in the next few days with a demand for a place on the Board, or an offer ??

Really do not what the Russians looking at this and say AMC cant manage a Pi** in a brewery and do not issue an extension to the licence.

cowboysteve, what I do not understand most shares in AMC are held by pi, so my take is the chair used these votes to oust Adam, there does not seem to be another holder that has the shares ?? Any Ideas
