NSS Have sold 1448 shares this morning, I now own exactly 30k shares, sitting on a pile of cash to get back in.
I held 58k shares until the last time we hit the peak last year when I sold a pile in order to buy a house, which is going through albeit complications.

The share that keeps on giving. Sold a further 3000 shares today. I bought shedloads since 2015, and still have a pile that will give me in excess of 7k dividend this quarter. All tax free in sipps and ISAs. The dividend is still well below pre-covid levels, as well as by stealth, yet we are making record profits. I am still disappointed, however where else do I get this level of comfort. Used to hold Lloy since 2010, that horse needs shooting, always made a bit, nothing to write home about. Things that are against this share is the green brigade, fear of a left wing government, which will happen, and tax oilies to hell. Decisions Decisions!!!

Fair play to you, I was in that frame of mind. Have placed limit orders for tomorrow, for sales, as I am not available. A profit has to be locked in at some point, otherwise, you watch it disappear in front of your eyes. I have sold half of my holdings from last week up to today.

My view is that we will have a rise up until results day from where we are now to at least 2250. After we go ex, I am planning on a fall to around 2240. I have positioned myself accordingly.

Yes, I sold a pile of these at recent highs, however, can't buy them back as the Mrs has required me to buy a property to live in as the current one is too small. Shame. it would have made me £45k richer.
