We've recently had news that we have been waiting for and the reason why the SP was being held back.... What news are we now waiting for?

i'm not quite at that level but looking to 'top up' and bring my average down, just waiting and wondering how low the low is going to be. (need to get rid of a 33% spread as well!!)

Have contemplated over the weekend now could be an ideal time to average down. However there is "no news" to influence any comeback. Where will we bottom out? Every tick down is potentially going to bring my average down considerably.

Under what terms are we permitted to enter Suspension again? It will give the BOD an opportunity to explore other investments, bide some time, and avoid the negativity the Share is currently receiving.

Need to factor what our burn rate of funds are while we are not generating an income. This will clearly establish how long the company can maintain its position while deals are being negotiated.

We have assets that I believe far exceed the perceived worth. Clearly other investors do not agree otherwise the SP would be considerably higher or at worst static.

Once again notification of a published RNS entices me to look at this share again. Gulp! Oh well, as some have said doing no deal is better than doing the wrong deal. Will have to sit on my hands and these shares for quite a while longer it seems. Should purchase more, but I believe I’m in deep enough and have always been told “only gamble what you are prepared to lose”. Hopefully I will be kicking myself in a few months/years time for not purchasing at today’s bargain rate. However equally I do not want to be in a position of investing many more £1000’s

As someone that has bought a business.... sold a business, been involved in selling a further business and negotiated contracts around £1M believe me on the scale of things the negotiations are not taking a long time! I’d suggest if we get a resolution within 6 months of the suspension the negotiations have gone very well!

I don't think I need to rush into buying, as I doubt this is going to bounce back and multi-bag in any time soon!
Really disappointed at how the new BOD can achieve so little. Or at least not provide any real evidence of light at the end of the tunnel. Hopefully there will be some news of investments that we can make and have FULL control of outcomes.

At times I feel that I have entered a new style of Pyramid Scheme.

Once again I was drawn to the site with news of an RNS - I have tried to put SOLO to the back of my mind as no point dwelling on the current situation.... Hoped as always that the RNS would bring positive results....

Question I am asking myself today -"Do I have the b@lls to buy more, and a lot more! which will average my exposure considerably!" - or would this be just throwing more money at the problem.

I have faith in what 'we' have, but not sure how much time 'we' have left to turn these assets into decent returns for shareholders.

I tried to leave at 18p but my broker couldn't find a buyer. So I've stuck with it for the last 2 years, averaging down where possible. But i'm here and waiting patiently for news. It's slow coming but i'm sure our assets will show value to us all.....

Ping! my email suggests a RNS release, and I rush to see news that will take the market by surprise and investors clambering to purchase our shares at any cost........ nope!

May as well buy £1M of scratch cards and see what this brings the shareholders - it will also give the directors something to do.

25% cash and 75% in UKOG shares (approx. £260K) - did 'we' need the cash? and will our shares provide a better investment than the 30% stake we previously had? We wont have the costs associated. Lets see UKOG shares go from strength to strength (possibly not until 2020 though for IoW production)……. it's a waiting game....for our other assets to prove themselves. Issue I see is what spike are people waiting for?, and have their plans changed just to recoup some or all of their initial investment.

What is going to get our SP back on track?

I invested in this share with the anticipation of it reaching 1p - that was a few years ago now! lets hope we don't see 1p!!

I’ve got more shares now than when I initially invested (taking the 20:1 into consideration) My shares are currently worth less than when I initially purchased. The timescale to monitising all or some assets is getting closer. I’ve not lost a penny! Why because I haven’t sold. I’m sure the assets are worth more now than when I initially invested. I’m waiting for news I.e. the license. Stop having a go at a share that you are invested in.... and even more so one that you are not! I haven’t agreed with all the actions of NR and his team. But will live with theirs and my decision. I will relax, enjoy the sun, my contented life and see how this year pans out.

100k company National Insurance Contribution tonadd to that (13% approx) that’s 850k in wages etc.

Wonder if they have given themselves a pay rise for this financial year? Should they be transparent and tell the shareholders what they are taking at present or as mentioned (thr other weeks meetingn) have deferred to take in cash or shares. Also think of the NI contributions that are being paid by the company! At least NR will be NI excemt in a few years!

Who’s advised them to take such high wages? A little more conversation and maybe taking share options rather than actual money and I’m sure the share price would be higher. As they have significant share holdings their paper worth could be far higher than the wage they have drawn down...

Do we really want to remove NR? What we do need to do is stop his spending and dilutions. Get the board working. Providing updates through RNS etc. NR gained a further 5% for H1 a while back. I assume he is still working for them, is there another 5% coming? If so then hopefully this should more than cover the wage NR is drawing. This is assuming H1 is actually worth what they claim! (Based on the huge payment SOLO made a year ago for the 10%) SOLO accounts should be filed with CH by the end of the month. Waiting to read them!

The drop in the ask has encouraged people to buy! I've topped up as well. Hopefully, good news will start to filter through in the next few months. September/October will do me fine!

at the moment i'm unsure of averaging down. This is like a gambler chasing more bets to cover their losses. Those bets may not come in, and so the spiral continues. At the moment we have been waiting on news for 6 months plus! could it be another 6 months or even longer. I will just have a smaller average that still puts me at an overall loss, but a loss of even more investment! i suppose just trying to reasure myself that investing several �1000's is worth it.
