We need another board! But what will they manage? The current board have sold (given away) the family silver! Maybe a board that has the ability to manage the assets without spending millions on consultants would help!
There has been a few more trades today, but nothing with any significance. (although as the share is no so p*ss poor anyone selling will gain very little return).
The board have pushed the value of the company down even further with the recent news. When are their plans going to provide value to share holders?
Markettimer.
The board is in place to run a profit making company. If they are not doing their job then they are not worthy of their position. All I am asking is that they commit to bringing the companies reputation and share price to the same level as they were when they became directors.
We are all disappointed in the share price. The directors also said they were dissatisfied as they are personally invested. The main difference is only they can do something to help the share value. I have no influence! If they strongly believe the money they receive from the sale will go into wiser investments then we should see the share price increase. Why are they not backing this with commitment of their positions?
I asked if the share doesn’t hit 2p (ie the price it was when they took the company on) in 1-2 years will they resign?
Tom also sighed as my questions were a conversation! I was simply asking why we haven’t invested all the money we have received from sales of H1 etc. but spent it on fees!
"We are approaching exciting times for Aminex. The seismic acquisition programme is close to producing results over the core area of the Ntorya gas-field with the delineation of the final location for the CH-1 well. We are pleased that the target spud date for the well remains on track for November 2022. Moreover, the 3D seismic data will refine and hopefully confirm the exploitable gas resources of the Ntorya gas-field in which APT's revised mapping and internal management estimates currently suggest a risked prospective gas in place ("GIIP") of 3,024 Bcf (gross basis, mean case) within multiple reservoir sand lobes and a prospective risked recoverable gas resource of 1,990 Bcf (gross basis, mean case).“
Scirocco should also be excited. But we have sold (given) our chances of success away.
Has someone taken £1000’s in consultancy fees setting up a deal that couldn’t have been completed as options were there to protect existing investors in the project? If this is the case then SCIR need their consultancy fees back!
Yes, I agree once earned they (as can anyone else) do what they like with ‘their money’. The issue is should they be ‘earning’ this much money from fees?

Someone with a better understanding of Companies House reporting and Company Charges may be able to unravel. My gut instinct is the purchase of flats/houses is being bankrolled by the fees from Scirocco.
In basic terms… they’ve raised lots of money, made lots of money from sales of assets and p@ssed it up the wall! We are left with less than we started with, and will have less assets to make revenue from or sell at a better price in the future…..
Directors responsibilities (Companies House)
Promote the success of the company
You must act in the company’s best interests to promote its success.
Well the BOD have failed meeting this responsibility!
I hung onto the one hope that our largest asset was going to bring long term benefit… that hope has been sold off (given away). What is left? The share price says it all! The market doesn’t see the deal as a good one. All I hope now is that the BOD are held accountable and pay the price for running the company into the ground. Where is all the money from sales of previous investment sales etc? Are we all the victims of fraud?
I've just bet £3 for a horse to win @ 100/1 - the bookie has told me that when (there is a small element of IF) it wins I can give him a further £10 and have £13 @100/1
If those that have voted NO some 40M+ shares sold (assuming there would be people to purchase them) collectively there would be enough funds for a counter offer not too dissimilar to the one SCIR have accepted. Anyone want to start a new AIM company? Directors pay is lucrative! Don’t do a lot and claim huge expenses.
I'm not a large shareholder - but I will stand behind blocking the deal.
we have accepted a small upfront payment for our 25% share and will only receive the remaining when production provides results. How is that a good deal for the company or the shareholders? We already have that risk with a greater potential reward and one that we all entered into Solo/SCIR for the risk of potential hign returns.

SEM ENERGY (HOLDINGS) LIMITED
Company number SC600760
Net Assets £9M
The SP is getting close to my initial buy price. That was before 20:1. Fortunately, unfortunately, depending how we view the prospects of the company I have been able to average down. Still a considerable amount to gain before I reach even and I’d like to see a profit at some point. I remain ever hopeful. What are the options?
Thanks.... Just ticking items in my head...
We've recently had news that we have been waiting for and the reason why the SP was being held back.... What news are we now waiting for?
i'm not quite at that level but looking to 'top up' and bring my average down, just waiting and wondering how low the low is going to be. (need to get rid of a 33% spread as well!!)
Have contemplated over the weekend now could be an ideal time to average down. However there is "no news" to influence any comeback. Where will we bottom out? Every tick down is potentially going to bring my average down considerably.
