Divi way down on the list. A 5% divi on a company laden with debt will not attract investors. Plenty of ftse stock if you want a divi.
Rr needs share but backs and increase its research and development for future green technologies
Thanks for the link. Looks like they have just reiterated at 130 and hold. Not sure why the recent news hasn't moved them higher unless they priced in the itp sale and the unknown at the time rr b52 contract.
But brokers imo are usually wrong... they just create a little noise on the direction they were going anyway
Im reading LSE site, clearly says 17 august was the last update 105 to 130.

Just be careful on buying back and thinking the old RR pimp High dive low rollercoaster is still in play. While I'm not saying its possible, i think we should see a lot more stability in RR going forward since the breakout.
Says currently-1.1% to me https://www.boerse-frankfurt.de/equity/rolls-royce-holdings-plc
Metom I've not seen you name much around here until it started rising. Unless you've been quietly investing you'd know I bought early on and haven't sold my core holdings. RR is a great recovery and will hopefully online to rebuild but you'd be stupid to think any stock let alone RR will continue in a straight line up. Have a plan in any scenario...
Yeah long term target is higher obviously. IM just happy to play around with a portion to target swings... no big deal if I get it wrong. Can always play for the rrx3 if I feel its cut way too deep.
Think we should hopefully see some more relative stability now after travel opening, big contracts and good sales... I feel a lot safer on the current trend.
Icing on the cake would be for RR to give an improved trading guidence before the next update or Goverment to give more concrete plans on the Reactors, would be another happy week for sure!
After this run up profit takers can easily knock off 6%, I'd be wary of some stop losses to be targeted due to the big rise. I'm not selling, if it goes to 135 I'll start to top up below that point ... if it continues going higher from here I'll look to evaluate offloading some in the 155-160 area unless further good news comes out.
