This will not be in the IC that hits the doormats until 1 Dec. Articles that are released on a Wednesday never make it to the print version until the following week. It may therefore be more than a week before we see the full impact of that one.
Been in this 5 years and this news drops while I was busy sending my car to the scrap merchant. Couldn’t resist another cheeky top up - hard to believe it was still cheaper this morning than when I topped up after the NEO announcement ;)
There are certainly other changes, but they might not have been required to report them to the company if they didn’t cross a reporting threshold. We know the CEO picked up more through Primary Bid so maybe this table hasn’t been fully updated post capital raise yet. The numbers are not £ and %, they are the number of shares and %.
Not sure how primary bid works as I only got 20% of my request, when others seem to have a lot more. But I suppose I can’t complain too much as I picked up the rest at 51p this morning, on top of some below 50p yesterday.
Really hope they reject unless it’s over 70 (min NAV in last 3 years)
…but my buys today are all showing as sells, so don’t believe the sea of red trades you see on this site
I see that Randox have cut the price of their pcr tests for travellers to £60, so assume this will put pressure on boots/mhc pricing. https://www.randox.com/60-pounds-pcr-travel-test/
I’m not surprised at the change of language from imminent to expected in first and second half, given the delay due to COVID I think the timing is not under SRT’s control. I am exercising some patience as contracts should have a big impact on the loss to profit situation......
Boozybob - buy the rumour, sell the news is standard practice if you are taking a short term or trader view - DNL certainly isn’t rare in this respect. However, taking along term view, in my opinion DNL is a rare gem one to hold onto. GLA LTH.
Thanks T.Rat, makes sense so I have topped up.
I have watched the investor meets and proactive presentations. Everything looks so positive, but why then did GB sell last month - doesn’t look good.
