Good Analysis Franky . I believe this will come good but very frustrating share to hold to be honest , Gino Miele is not right person to lead this . So if this goes to private do you know what will happen to the share holders ?? What’s the best/worst possible outcome if this goes private ?? I have around 4 million shares , don’t they need share holders consent before they take any decision??
