Greenhighlander's offer was kind...and there are lots of people that are interested to be here not just because they have some investment having vast knowledge and experience, and Scotgold could do worse than tap into some of that ( or could they?) For example, equipment to go out on drill Campaigns over rough terrain might possibly cope with the highlands (http://www.progradex.com/2018/06/20/2018-progradex-pgx1350t/) . There are always different ways of looking at things but this shambles is embarassing for lots of reasons. They have quoted covid and money shortages, and to some degree, we can all accept a degree of problems caused by Covid but and it's a BIG BUTT...mechanical failures and principles of design are far easier to put right when drafted on to "paper", and calculations and simulations run on computer models... for all the highly skilled and experienced people being paid ( Highly) to work on this project, I would guess they are ( or should be) embarrassed, for raising enough cash to get going towards Phase 2 early and have clearly spent that already, then to repeat that cash'n grab again now....
I'm not selling here now because of this news...but we need to be shown a pile of Minings ready for the machinery, and to know that it contains the right percentage of shiny stuff, or some other way to encourage us to believe for a little longer before we get to the linings in our pockets...or see them turned into black holes of where funds once were

Its been a challenge to look at the diminishing red line of late, and its hard to think other than negatively when it does so... but we invested here because there is gold in the ground and they will get it out... its still there on the cusp of the horizon, when it comes to that point this will seem unbelieveable...but hindsight is a wonderful thing. For those ready to pounce and knock me back, enjoying the sadness you try to impose. In my humble opinion I consider even if they have to rearrange the machinery and dont dig again until this time next year...once resolved it will be a big and constant cash generator and some of the others exploring in the area will want to sell some of their ground to SGZ to fulfil a very long term vision of a sustainable Scottish Gold industry... try and keep enjoying the view until the gold on the horizon is gleaming in Scotlands unique jewellery ( and when I get down in the doldrums myself...please someone get their boot on my backside and remind me of these things please)

Of course things happen to productions lines and go wrong- agreed. But not expecting employees to " not know what they are doing regarding production" really?

I wondered if that comment was tongue in cheek or you mean operators? Because I sure as hell would want to think someone who is employed knew what they were doing. Pumps that have been bought and installed not doing their job is a fundamental issue relative to highly paid people making decisions I would presume, after all the quotes at the time were for " specialist processing equipment " bought and shipped from South Africa... not requisitioned from and Army Surplus Depot ( which might have been better suited come to think of it).
Apologies if I sound like a grumpy old man- after all I probably am- but this doesn't seem to me like its been well thought out and we have all been far to forgiving of SGZ since hoping for what was promised with the Gold pour in November when we all thought we had finally. yes finally, got there, which was in itself excused/forgiven even by me.. Thinking back to something, I think it was a video, I found searching for something positive, as we all do continually. I remember seeing a clip of a tipper driving up a ramp... The scoop reaching over what looked like scaffold boards to stop it dropping outside the hopper. As I say thinking back instead of thinking positively about this I should have realised my logic is more powerful than having jug half full. Firstly why drive a scoop up a man made track to tip materials... Why not have a conveyor that doesn't require a scoop and driver continually loading, and secondly why not design a hopper a little bigger to eliminate the need for scaffold boards.
These are supposed to be professionals... I promise you we could sketch out a snagging list to get things planned professionally, over a bottle of GW gold liquid and the back of a fag packet from the cigarettes I am frequently tempted to partake in again. Its shameful and they rely on diluting us to **** things up by amateurish antics.
Even the explorations don't make good use of modern equipment to drill and test... But thats another moan from a grumpy old man, so I'll zip it there

Who are the experts and experienced team that designed the plant... Pumps installed that couldn't deliver without spillage and they are only now trying to source a vertical pump that will handle the wear and tear (hopefully). I work on mine installations and handling equipment in the sector and if we recommended or installed such a failure I'm sure we wouldn't get the contract to do more work.

X-O have been great all the way through the process of Zin- Gold. Clear answers when I phoned initially then they had my shares listed in my portfolio, and last week sent me a hard copy letter about open offer, which I could email back with instructions to buy. All paid for in a day and just awaiting the allocation...can't fault them...and no I dont work for them and only joined them last summer with a little nervousness.

As released in yesterdays RNS...."Zinnwald Lithium plc, the German focused lithium development company, announces that it has received notices of exercise for options ("Options") in respect of a total of 650,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("New Ordinary Shares"). The Options have been exercised at a price of 8 pence per Ordinary Share" Not sure I understand it completely so any help appreciated

A belated but genuine Happy New year to all of you that genuinely entertain and educate me kindly and most usually with the occasional fun banter rather than influencing my all too fragile mental health of late, in a more negative way than is helpful.
For what it's worth, I would like to say we are all here hoping and wishing the best happens for once. So when we put our hard-earned money into something investment-wise, and not many of us, certainly not I, wish to predict our downfall. SO with that in mind, I would just like to say that I am here because SGZ has found evidence of Gold, and Silver...and continue to survey finding more and more as they explore further afield. Now of course as others have pointed out to me, it's in the damned ground and it's not that easy to get the stuff out and polished, but our hope, or should I say mine is... that once they get this rolling there is a flow of gold that might just line our pockets a little bit more cosily than they are now, and hopefully for years to come. If they have it right there is a good flow of cash, they might also be in a position to be able to work with others to process their Premium Scottish gold, who knows, but... I like this dream and I love sharing it here with a few like-minded folks. As I said... here's to A happy new year for the new Scottish Gold Industry!...

RNS "AGM Statement" didn't amount to much to encourage investment ...
