Just a thought or two S'son... the mine was running at design performance for just a " few days" according to last RNS and producing 180 grms pt- shipping 25 tonnes of concentrate that month ( plus modest amounts of gravity gold Dore which was also produced)- "achieving maximum price within the agreed terms within the offtake agreement" ( whatever price that is anyone?)
Based on this and my back of a saved fag packet I keep for such things would mean an approx income of £2-3m PA based on a rounded general price of gold of approx £40 per grm and that's as stated just" ... given days throughout April and May both the mine and process plant have been achieving near design rates of production". The RNS also stated the"resolution of various outstanding technical issues "
Based on these positives I would hope there are no backward steps- but even if this is a continual improvement this month it wouldn't negate the possibility they want/ need more money as you indicated... but I just hope not or we are sunk ( again) for the umpteenth time.
So keep your snorkel next to the amber nectar just in case. GLA

I am trying to be " confident", like everyone here...but the historical silence of SGZ has only proved to be negative when they finally say something. I'm tending to believe something when they tell us its there supported by weights and photos of...and when they have it I think they should shout it from the rooftops...which is why i continue with my caution, prompted by this silence and reinforced by the continual sting in the tail I have from previous " confidence". Love, absolutely love, to be proved wrong

I'm an individual who would, like most, like to make a bit of profit. So looking at the relatively small amount of shares and the company generating cash, with what will become an even more desirable product, it's my own opinion that this current SP will look like a huge bargain in a year's time if not sooner. Can anyone else see anything I'm missing; because I don't understand why it isnt flying off the shelves at an even higher price, as I say, I'm a complete amateur and I genuinely would like to learn if I am indeed missing something. They don't know how much...that's why it's not there and they are concerned about the amount of money needed to get it out of the door. Hate to be so negative but I'm deeply suspicious, based on the lack of clarity throughout. I can see the mention of " notifying the shareholders later " as another raising..maybe??

But they are concerned that the 500k plus 2million might not be enough... and they only just raised

I guess it's understandable they need more finance, maybe they need to review the PR budget as I don't recall seeing anything much at all from St. Brides Partners, maybe they oversee the RNS?

I guess I would hope for a photo of them mining and stockpiling for processing, ready for them to offer unlimited overtime once the filters et al get sorted. That would foster positivity, albeit at a minor level -rather than " fools gold fiasco" of November- already mentioned. As things stand no one with any experience of engineering can understand and are suspicious of why these things are taking so long to resolve...ripping out and starting again would seem to be cheaper and quicker than whatever is happening there. ( or is that what they are doing...who knows?) If Scotgold are paying for the remedial work then it was an almighty C**k up in the design of the plant... if it was an engineering issue then any company designing and installing it will probably never work again, because of lack of income working on " repairs" or reputation loss. Anything less would have been done by now. That leads me back to my request for " something" we can believe in rather than the worry we may have bought into the " Kings new clothes"
