In my Opinion-if ever there was anything to doubt what we all feel about this being a great investment- that doubt is continually being eroded/blown out of the water by good news like this that supports TGR and the way they are progressing the company. DYOR

Worry about the SP level is always there, even when high, the fluctuations here are constant and people are, in my opinion ( self included), jittery and swayed by trends. My belief is that you have to invest where you think the risk is least and- over the long term- likely to be rising in value. TGR in my opinion have the firm foundations for this to be a good long term investment which will ride out the rise and falls en route. If you look back over the last year we are at about the average price, but also SP has risen to here from 50p in December 2020. In my book thats healthy and the place to focus rather than if some people are buying to make a quick buck, then getting nervous at any fluctuation, and selling.
Again, in my opinion, this is on a par with and as solid as investments get in the AIM...but of course only time will tell...good luck to us all

whats going on with SP?

Help anyone... no mention of the director's loan for a while that I can recall, either how much was taken up (if any) and how that's going to be repaid over what time scale if it has been utilised. If I missed something it wouldn't surprise me but would appreciate pointing in the right direction if anyone can help?

Hi LankyL, we are all wondering the same thing as to why the price is faltering. But we all believe in what we have seen; regular and positive news ( much more so than many boards do). Links to developments with people such as RRoyce in developing a potentially huge game-changer in the electronics components field that might literally make us all M'aires (Rodney!) but do your own research as they say. The only downside everyone wonders about ( I personally think) is despite all the acquisitions and development that has been put in place rapidly, is if/ when they might ask for a further fundraise. But...They recently issued shares at a 10% discount of 103p so even at the current level we are seeing a low SP. Beyond my limited comprehension but, I've rarely seen so many positives hence I'm holding on to my shares here as in my view its riskier elsewhere... but we will see won't we...only Time will tell. DYOR etc etc GLA

As to if it works? I would bow to the interest shown by and point to the relationship with RR over the importance of the G-A composite development for you to consider.

But to add as a footnote that most of us here invested purely on the basis of this not being known about and so it is a huge bonus if it comes to fruition. The Graphene sales potential TGR is also focussed on is, in my opinion, enough for this current SP to be seen as a bargain over the coming years...too many times we all say "hindsight would be a wonderful thing"- but we will see wont we, as I am not tempting fate by prediction. we all need a little luck in the Aim, so heres wishing GL to all.

Issue price was "10%" discounted so even at todays price its cheap. - and for all the gloomy half empties writing here TGR owns and will produce from huge resources, cash. That cash is going to be generated in era of huge investment worldwide in the global electrical transport revolution and simultaneously developing new products that even RR are interested in. The fluctuations here are in my opinion( DYOR) just people making money or losing it on a few words in an RNS. Investments that are built on substance will rise steadily and even out the ups and downs, but grow significantly over 2,5,10 years and beyond- as I say DYOR!

As a novice I bow to greater experience and knowledge gratefully on the understanding I may ask daft questions but is it possible that someone is gradually filling a big order since the last rise/and slip backs on 15th June ( 153) and 5th July (144)?
IMO strong chance this will have settled out a firm base around 140-150 by Sept and then keep raising the average over this financial year until we get to 175-200 and then onwards and upward over next decade... what do others think?

Ok before I get started I understand there are many many variables to consider when investing, and furthermore, if it was easy to get right we wouldn't be chatting here would we...we'd have bought our own island, and well... I won't dream further.
I have watched Conroy gold for a while and today, on a released RNS, the share price jumped a little ( 18% at time of writing) to 24.25p on news of a JV and drilling results. Now I can't help but compare SGZ against this in purely logical terms. .. SGZ has a mine, a processing plant etc, and CGNR is currently valued at a little over 43% of SGZ. Judging by the cost of SGZ getting to where it is today (in my opinion) even allowing for faults along the way surely SGZ is 95% there in terms of equipment and resource and must be at least worth 3 or 4 times 24p ( 72-96p range). I realise confidence was knocked on the head by the " first pour" debacle etc... but c'mon, surely reality takes over at some point and there should be a rerate here soon ( IMO/DYOR)
But then what do I know?... I don't have an island of my own, nor do I expect one soon.

Yes there are comments on here about a bearing and " 2 steps forward..1 back" but these things will happen and they are approaching it in a methodical manner, but more than this they are sticking to their word and being open and honest- something we missed out on previously. This has got to be a steady climb now , despite loosing the footing on a bearing occasionally and lets face it it something didn't wear out or breakdown they are working it hard enough- so I see it all as positive and would like to give everyone a good slap on the back for sticking with it to this point... its not been an easy ride but IMO getting back where we were in the 150p region would be sensible over the next year but of course DYOR.
I'm happy any way...enjoy the weekend all
