I don't understand people saying if they issue more shares for 3rd acquisition, they will obviously issue more shares, the company will want to still be involved in the uranium boom. Would this stop me from investing in neo well no. If I wasn't interested in investing in neo I wouldn't waste my time on this webpage. What if they don't get funding from AUO will they get funding, well yes. Worst case issue more shares, let's say we goto 7 billion shares at 1p that's £70 million marketcap but as a producer which is nothing. Too much news regarding uranium and neo, the slightest good news this will wizz up. Obviously more shares will be issued but what would you expect, we are trying to expand uranium resource.

I am very positive towards uranium (I have been for 10 years) but I must admit well done to the de-rampers you are doing an amazing job, I am very impressed. So once a producer with spot price $83 then market cap £670 easy, with spot $120 or $130 much much more. That funding is the key but this is uranium and the world needs it so funding will come eventually that's for certain else unfortunately NEO will be bought out (which would be a real shame).

Bizarre response to an excellent rns! Take US producer UEC reource 333 Mlb with market cap £2,200 million. Obviously producer but uranium miners totally different valuations to other miners, average PE 50s for the sector. Obviously these acquisitions will want shares not cash! Uranium will be booming next year and when it booms it booms. NEO is a hold long term (I was in Energy fuels EFC/UUUU for 2 years and nothing happened then in 3rd year boom 5 fold increase (it wasn't a small company to start with). Well done Jason, although please can we have a dual listing in either Canada or USA as NEO is so undervalued even if we have 3 billion shares.

Yes it seems more logical a huge buy. Didn't Jason say he was giving a presentation to a major uranium fund, maybe this fund (eg gcl geiger counter) liked the company so taking a position in it?

If thats what you really feel they why waste your time here? Concentrate on what you believe. I believe in uranium and this company!

Oh and these high PEs have not just happened, it's the norm in uranium sector (been following uranium for over decade now and seen them much much higher). So once we are producing this share price will be going to the moon (at least).

In the states on Friday and overnight in Australia uranium stocks were flying. This is certainly the commodity to be in. Also look at the PE for the uranium producers, they are mental eg cameco on PE 1 100!!!

Lse not showing trades, look on london stock exchange a few trades but overall slightly up. It is just the local district council though with what 20 members? It will be easy to get them on our side so why would one sell!

I thought the same, an official from the Central government went with bres to China didn't they. Although the locals have just got confused, once they know the truth they will be on board too as they will benefit loads from this. Be nice to get the locals on board although yes full support from central government so this is going ahead.

I watched the full district council discussion on bres. They have seen what they think is large scale mining, it is the preparation of the 600 ton of test sample. They keep saying its fine for bres to be testing, they think testing is just a few kilograms, it's just a confusion. Bres and the national government must talk to the locals to put them straight. They talk about what environmental impact there could be, obviously all of this is addressed in the dfs. Uganda needs this project, it will go ahead whatever but be nicer to get the locals on outside too, they will be in time once this silly confusion is sorted.

So IF we get through dfs after new drilling campaign so npv goes to $1,000 million and we give away equity based at project level ie npv then let's say we need $150 m let's give dfc company 30% of company and not 15% then that's amazing, we get cash, build the mine and away. The numbers are just vast! And don't forget this based on some fraction of bres.

Amazing we have dfc on board, look over at rbw (used to have rbw not now unfortunately) dfc funding their project and look how they doing it based much more on their dfs and not share price. If we get through this dfs then we are certainly going to the moon, oh I love the Americans.

Couldn't resist adding neo to my uranium portfolio. With this current uranium bull market the sky is certainly no limit for small developers and explorers of uranium. I am very excited by the year ahead with neo and my other uranium stocks.
