When NEO suspended the resources in the ground were worth $23, 964 million (Gold and Uranium), today its $29, 081 million.

That's a 21% increase

They obviously shouldn't have had to suspend BUT still I see massive amounts of potential here.

Its all down to funding, non dilutive would be totally amazing but I am not against institutions taking a share of the company as they will probably want to do. These resources are massive and once we finally acquire them this is rocket.

I think a fair comparison is bannerman they are valued at £350 million (A$719 million). BUT with GOLD and URANIUM probably going to whizz up in the next year then this will only go up and up.

So overall ya lets get out of suspension and finalise these deals that get to production (bannerman are NOT producing by the way!!! they have 20282 as their production target date!!!!).

While initially I thought I prefer to see assays than a new presentation THEN

1. been in BRES ages but didn't realise the scale up to 50,000 t pa is pencilled in for 2027 thought way way later for some reason.

2. My main concern with BRES has been this 10% holding by a very small company Jangada so to see their holding to right down to 4% is amazing news for me.

3. Ummm yes it does look like an up for sale notice.

so overall I am so happy with this presentation.

I went for full funding for phase 2 not just phase 1 and it said fully funded, construction ready (so obviously still not producing) a share price of 20p to 30p depending on strategic partners. With production (phase 2) it said 35 to 40p is realistic. ummm I could live with that!!!! lets see where we get to.

Ist stage, lets get this DFS completed and yes I agree the funding for phase 1 will be very soon after the DFS completed too, so all good.

I also used Chat GPT and I told the AI to assume double the NAV of the PFS (JORC upgrade, more years mining, down stream process)and AI said pre funding valuation somewhere Between £40 to £80 million so average £60 million (so same NAV as PFS would be £20 to 40 million so average £30 million). It becomes silly valuations once funding is complete.

I think Cameron is just a typical Australian!!!

If assays are good = share price will go up

If JORC is upgraded = share price will go up

Any more off takers especially UK ones = share price will go up

When DFS is completed and if it beats the PFS = share price will go up

Overall ummm I think the share price will go up UNLESS something very unexpected happens.

It's a shame they have been suspended BUT IF they can get the funding for these massive deals then NEO will have a totally massive re rate.

If I remember correctly (not doing the exact calculations again) when if all the deals go through then at 1p NEO will have a market cap of approx £33 million. If you do a comparison with bannerman energy (and you convert our gold to a uranium equivalent) then WHEN we have this assets properly and have equivalent proportionally same amount of funding as bannerman (which isn't producing yet!!!) then NEO would have market cap of £420 million to £450 million. Uranium producers going to be well above a billion!!! Sounds silly valuations doesn't it, look up the producers (look it up!).

BUT we need the assets first and all the regulatory stages completed first. WE are not going to get proper funding until all stages have been completed so before that we need spending monies. When the share got suspended it was 0.68p so unfortunately hence the 0.5p but it would have always been like that, that's the market.

As for all the advisors etc, these assets are massive, we need the consultants.

Obviously I would prefer us to just get digging the uranium and being a producer with no more monies spent so I can make lots of monies but such is life.

IF NEO completes these deals it's going be such a massive company. Loads of things for NEO to do before that, that's what I think anyways.

I agree that their communication has been poor, I suppose they could not say much but still.

I don't believe they will delist from UK makes no sense. I was a little concerned when they hadn't updated company's house with latest directors etc, they have done that so I am happy with this.

Here's my negative, I don't believe they will get non dilutive funding for the new assets (if they do then I stand corrected and I will be amazed a very happy). BUT i do believe they will get funding from institutions who will want to take a piece of NEO as this uranium market is preparing to go mental. Am I concerned about a dilution, well prefer non dilutive but to get these assets would still be very happy.

Just look at USA, Canadian or Ausie uranium stocks with assets, we are valued without these assets but with them, neo will fly massively.

So for me get these assets and all is forgiven (but not forgotten!).

Anyways we cant do anything and its really nice weather outside.

Currently Uganda maintains a non aligned pragmatic foreign policy, so it engages with western countries and BRICS (that's what AI tells me!). If plays a balancing act.

So no worries here BUT if they do align with one side obviously BRES would have to do so as well, but that's currently not the case.

As for not trusting any of the directors, I seriously wouldn't invest a single penny in a company where I didn't trust one or more of their directors.

Obviously this is in an African country not in Europe or USA so obviously more risk.

Why did the investor sell 3 million shares?

1. Got fed up with the share price

2. Needed to offset a profit in another shares with losses here

3. Knows something

4. They sold to collapse the share price so can buy in thinking other people would panic

I have 2.2 million shares, yes I am bored with share but I think with time will do good and the most important thing is that unlike with most other companies I believe in Mike the BRES management.

I agree offtakes need to come but this is going be after the drilling.

I would imagine the last month or so before DFS is complete alot will be happening.

The DFC wouldn't have invested in BRES if they didn't think the company was good. DFC Trump's baby and probably going get more monies from them.

All in all, yes annoying share price but its a time thing. OK that's my post until DFS is complete as I have more important things to do such as washing and hoovering on free edf electricity!!!!!!!

Totally agree with you metalhead. Placings are annoying but it's one of those things. I have found Mike to be a very decent and nice bloke. Whenever I have contacted Mike he has always responded, not many companies do the same!!!!!! I still believe in bres, if I didn't I would sell up!

Obviously nobody likes a discount for a placing but at least this gets everything done for the DFS and that's very important.

Fortunately they don't have many placings and the last one was at a slightly premium!!!

Does it really matter if it is not signed on time! The biggie is with the funding and the 3rd acquisition related to beisa in any case. Overall neo is at a significant discount to the rest of the uranium sector even without any further rns!

Henkries is predicted to generate a very good profit but Beisa is on another scale:

Henkries 399 ppm uranium which has a value of $73 per tonne of ore dug from the ground

Beisa 780 ppm uranium and 2.03g/t gold which has a value of $143 uranium and $178 gold so total of $321 per tonne of ore dug from ground.

Been listening to Justin for years. Current long term contracts in excess of $100 per lb with ceilings of $120 to $130, so Justin says that tells him they think it's going higher! Henkries making great profit at $90!!!!

Ggg you think uranium producers have a low valuation, what????????? They are mentally high valuations and will only increase across the sector. Agree non uranium producers can have incredibly low valuations, but don't care about them. $100 million debt is nothing if we have monies to become a producer and with that much debt you are talking about a big mine (by neo calculations ) so as producer marketcap $400 million to $800 million with what I am seeing from brokers about uranium spot price from just 2025.
