This is sibanye having the uranium side taken from their books and put into a company that sibanye will own 40% plus, its happening (a very high probability (almost certainity) its happening, just going to take a long time!).

It's just like companies and local authorities over here contracting services out, I don't understand why they do it but they do this all the time, separating different components of their businesses. For neo this is an amazing opportunity but also for sibanye acquiring more gold outside the central region.

I think without funding a take out at 18p is probably in the range, so I agree with duster on this before funding.

It is essential for tesla to make this work with syrah so I still think this partnership will continue (they are just so much further along the curve then bres with their graphite battery plant (even though not working to the quality that tesla will accept) , maybe more help from tesla etc.

But still excellent for bres as it shows that tesla must have non Chinese battery grade graphite just like many many more western companies. Maybe tesla will use syrah AND bres?

I don't believe they have secured a loan facility yet, I read it that they have sought permission to transfer upto this amount into south africa (and just thst has been grsnted, the permission) but that's it, no loan secured yet (well as far as we know anyways). Ya you are correct if the new jorc material is only inferred then can't be included in DFS (hence at a future date might convert to reserve from resource if any potential buyer would like to do that).

So an improved JORC can lead to an updated/revised DFS, the new NPV will be a bigger monster than it is already. Amazing news yet again from BRES, well done everyone.
