Don't sweat the technique ...use it as an opportunity to buy more while under the influence ...once positive news breaks (and it will) these prices will be gone...large institutional funds have taken positions ...

If you believe that you have done the research and believe S4 will recover take the golden opportunity to purchase more at these low levels ....once we set off there will be no return to these levels....GLA....
