Email Draft to Chika25 Oct 2020 14:38
I feel we've seen a marked improvement in the amount of recognition / clout BMN has across the investment community in the past couple of weeks, all in a very excited and positive way, which is improving sentiment across this bulletin board, and well beyond.
Consequently I've found a discussion elsewhere talking about how rubbish the Communication / PR / RNSs are vs how excellent the company is. This has led me to believe that as many of us as possible should email Bushveld directly, requesting various improvements, in order to help close the gap between the inherent value and the current market valuation.
So I am thinking of writing something to Chika to suggest:
1) Bushveld learn to view RNSs as the most important part of getting the message out to prospective investors, which would involve:
A) RNSs with bite-sized positivity as often as possible, rather than storing lots of information into 'mega RNSs' which has too much information to easily digest. For example, this should've got its own RNS: http://www.energystoragejournal.com/south-africa-gets-clean-energy-boost-with-us-and-uk-funding/
B) RNSs are written with potential new investors in mind, rather than in such a way that preaches to those who are already converted. Because this is how AIM need to write RNSs, and it's especially important when the website is not great - see point 2.
C) Engaging with the nomad in order to achieve the above. I was concerned the other day to see that our nomad said vanadium is used for "strengthening steel" only - clearly more needs to be done here.
2) They must comprehensively update their website, and give Bushveld Energy much more attention. It's ridiculous how there is no mention of Bushveld's ~9% stake of IES.L or their partial stake in Enerox. Potential new investors should be able to find mention of this easily, rather than having to trawl through RNSs / It's mental that those looking for a quick summary of the company cannot do so from the company's website.
3) Bushveld Energy needs way more of an online presence in general across all social media platforms, because it's BE that will get investors excited more than the mining itself. I also believe Mikhail should be doing more interviews than he does, because he comes across very well.
Is there anything that I should potentially add to this list? Is there anything you disagree with / think I should amend?
