It seems as though our best asset - a majority stake in Audioboo - has somehow become One Delta. We ofcourse own 20% of one delta now but I can't help but feel that we're potentially in a worse negotiating position than before with 7 digital and perhaps us ubc shareholders are going to get ****ed over to be honest with you. I might be totally wrong though. It all depends on what deal is made, and at the moment we don't know anything. Fingers crossed it goes well for us!

Thanks for the response. He must have had a huge holding here if it was him who was driving the price down. I can't claim for a moment to understand the business well at all. But, based on the figures and presuming that the EBIT = 1.3m (H1 declared EBIT x 2), this is looking very cheap on an EV/EBIT of just 6.5 at the moment which has me licking my lips to be honest with you. I need to do more research but I may be joining you soon! :D

It is essentially the audio version of Youtube. My problem is is that, in the same way that TV is way more popular than radio these days, couldn't the same always be true here and thus always limit Audioboo's potential? Yet, on the other hand, the number of users have increased threefold in a year so perhaps I'm wrong. I guess it would still work if you're doing something in the kitchen, in the car, on the train, walking, etc. Maybe I shouldn't be so narrow-minded.

Jolly, Glad to see you've topped up. I feel as though I ought to perhaps follow your lead now because last time I convinced you to buy here you bought at 60p literally the day before the 5 week 100%+ rise!

What makes you think 120p a share is achievable? I personally think that's too high.

If anyone could clarify what's going on with UBC for me and fellow holders who simply don't get what's going on, then it'd be really appreciated. From what I understand 7 digital are acquiring UBC through a reverse takeover to make a combined group that should complement each other (Note - IMG are a stakeholder in both companies). UBC owns Audioboo. Audioboo is an exciting tech company that is the audio version of YouTube pretty much, and is growing exceptionally fast – the number of people using Audioboo having increased threefold in the course of a year, last time UBC gave an update. Now here’s the complicated bit: One Delta, a AIM-listed cash shell which has risen 120% today, seems to have taken over Audioboo I think in a deal which valued Audioboo at £15m. Based on that £15m figure, One Delta should rise to 5.2p if it owns 100% of Audioboo but I’m really not sure if it does. I think it might just own 19% which means their £2.85m stake is overvalued with speculation at the moment. But I’m really not sure. Actually I've just realised. One Delta nows owns Audioboo, doesn't it? And the deal made with UBC valued it at about £15m, hence the rise and the potential for a rise to about 5.2p, right? I really should be more fluent in this but UBC was such an impulse buy, has been suspended so long, and the deal is complex that I'm not sure of anything right now!

C'mon AEO! Riddler, The shares I buy into are often slightly influenced by investors I respect buying into it. I know it shouldn't be a factor but it is. And, in this case, that investor is you and I have to say what an excellent decision this is turnout out to be! Your article on APC was very convincing btw. Geds - I'm genuinely not sure. I was actually planning on asking El1te that next time I saw him on LSE lol And yeah I totally agree with you. I really like this share too but there is something I don't like - a lack of newsflow, and newsflow is needed for the sort of re-rate this share deserves!
