that's the spirit guys! Let's make sure we are present at the next AGM/EGM: so we meet the BOD in the flesh, and ask all sensible we should ask.

Not going to join the wolf pack in celebrating someone’s demise but it makes sense:
1. the company needs to restructure ASAP and rightsize to get costs down
2. Rightfully or wrongfully, CW had no credibility or trust left from the pi’s.

I can understand that the past performance of this company has been terrible; simply looking at the SP chart tells a picture. I can also understand some of the concerns that have been raised here.

But, and it requires a bit of faith, you have to dare look ahead at some point. Now, I personally think you also have to look at the BOD's work since Q1/19, including the new strategic direction they are taking. A lot of good progress has been made, and the new strategy makes tonnes of sense. The proof of the pudding will in the eating, for sure, but you have to either give the new BOD a chance, or bite the bullet and sell.

I believe that if they are successful in selling their assets, than it's game on. Big if perhaps (I honestly have no clue if there is a market for these type of assets), but they seem at least to be in discussion. So, someone is interested enough to entertain the possibility of buying the assets.

Let's see, but both Thom and Paolo come across as very sound professionals.

sp at 0.063 - spread of 25% seems right though....stopping anyone from buying

my read is that, evaluate means they will not communicate initial flow rates but let it run a couple of days to stabilise production. Also, they will want to firm up their ideas of what to do next, so the RNS that will come up, IMHO, will be hopefully quite more than xyz bopd but also have a clear indication of next steps in the SWP. He may even update us at he same time about Suriname?

agree; peeps getting nervous. Can understand them, they (like I) have been here a while. SP erosion predictable given the delay. Getting increasing extremely high risk to sell now....conversely, it is getting increasingly interesting to top up :-)

Agree. Imho, the BOD needs to learn to communicate in a consistent, clear and engaging way with shareholders. I see time and time again that technical people lack the ability to communicate effectively to a broader audience. Same here. ("...but I assume what we say is understood"...)

What worries me even more, is that such a massive decline in mcap should be enough to get their skates on and engage with shareholders. I understand the past was crap, but share your vision for the future. Get out there and engage with shareholders. That is a key task for a CEO.
