Oscar, what exactly are you trying to achieve by repeatedly posting this on the board?

Pensana is a UK publicly listed company with legal advisers. They are dealing with a strategically important transaction involving major international parties and US gov interests. I find it highly highly highly unlikely that Pensana are casually breaching UKLR/MAR rules whilst operating under that level of scrutiny.

Shareholders are entitled to want updates, but that’s very different from implying the company is somehow acting improperly or failing to comply with legal obligations.

Respectfully.. 2 EARS 1 MOUTH... there are people on this forum and TG group who know the company inside and out........... if they are categorically disagreeing with you I think it's something you should listen to................................

I'm convinced Pensana is on the verge of becoming a giant. They will not be making mistakes / running the risk of breaking rules at this stage!

Cascade in my opinion is a mixture of the following players. Qatar Investment Authority, Nat Rothchild, Kulczyk Family.

When you go down the rabbit hole of looking into Lloyd Pengilly, Ian Domaille and Artemis.. you can see a realistic case for those listed above.

If the above is in any way correct a 99p share price wont be around for long. Pensana moves away from the bracket of "another wannabe junior rare earth mine"
