Thought I’d just read through last results again just to confirm how undervalued we are here
On 31/8 we had approx £219 m of unrestricted cash ( £16.84) for each share
Moving forward 3 months I believe that unrestricted cash will have grown to £19.60 a share
My thought process is as follows
20000 boed giving $9m per week income at $63
Production cost of $22 leaves $6m each week
Capex $114m ($2.2m a week as an average)
So that leaves $198 m or $3.8 m a week cash build which is about 0.23p for each and every share
We should be cracking £20 a share of unrestricted cash within the next few weeks
Simplistic probably yes but this is fact !

My thoughts are based on a couple of other company valuations I have shares in and the range is between £12m and £18m of market cap per 1000boed of production
This is clearly an estimate but if TXP were to be producing say 10000 boed that would equate to about £150 million market cap or 6 x current price - about 90p a share
