Price is unbelievably good now for those wishing to top up or take a position
I thought I had topped up for my last time months ago but can’t now resist another!!

I’m in here at 6.35 p this morning
Sold a few oil first thing and pleased to have moved some cash from black to yellow on a day of market carnage !!
Cora to me look to be a great play on gold price with added benefit of Hum next door and as shareholder
Can see very little downside risk and huge upside GLA

My thoughts - it’s all good !!
Yes too deep a discount but has been done for all the right reasons
Been in business 30 years and have had no hesitation to borrow to expand my business
I think PB now knows that Cascadura is the Monster of Monsters and wishes to accelerate monetisation and the future drills esp Royston which was never going to be funded without a placing
I will now have 0.175% of TXP and they are going nowhere
I am sure they will be back trading at 50 p tomorrow and if I have the chance will buy more in the 40’s if possible

After listening to PB my thoughts have changed somewhat to the upside
I just love that he is hugely optimistic on future prospects but is reserved also - taking care not to overhype things
You can see how excited he is though
It is pretty much nailed on that he believes Cascadura can produce 5000 boed from each zone
Add in Coho and existing production and we are at 13500 !!
I give this a value / mkt cap of £178 million
or £1.10 a share in next 3 months

I too think £1 a share is pretty much nailed on if the upper Cascadura can flow at anything more than 2600 boed
1700 base production
1700 Coho 1
5000 lower Cascadura
2600 upper Cascadura??
11400 boed at a lowly valuation of £13.5 million per 1000 boed production ( based on a number of other lowly rated small oil producers ) gives £154 million market cap or about 96p per share
I have 0.2% of TXP and Shell would need to prize them away from me with a very large crowbar at anything under £2 a share

Had to be done as per one of my previous chats I believe we are now conservatively worth 68p and 94p if the to be tested zone were to produce 3000 boed
This has to be exceptional value here
Only trouble is I took a few profit on another share which may or may not double also
