Just a few thoughts on where we are and where we should be at the moment in time
A number of other Oilers seem to be valued at about £13m per 1000 boed of production in this low oil price era
As we now know TXP have 1750 boed of production 1750 to come from Coho and about 5000 boed from first zone of Cascadura
8500 boed almost nailed on
My valuation gives 8500 x £13m or £110m Market Cap
Today we are at £62m Mkt Cap so I’m thinking that a fair share price should be in the region of 68p based solely on what we know now (75% too low )
Add another 3000 boed from higher Cascadura zones and that rerate takes share price to 94p Awesome
