Whitespace and EY appointed to deliver the Army’s Advanced Development Programme (AADP).

The British Army has appointed Whitespace and EY on an initial three-year term to deliver its flagship Advanced Development Programme (AADP) - a cornerstone initiative to develop future business leaders and build sustainable consultancy capability across Army HQ.

Created in 2016 by the Chief of the General Staff, AADP blends Executive MBA study, leadership development, and intensive consultancy training for high-potential officers and senior civil servants. Each year, up to 20 participants are selected to join, preparing them to drive strategic change across the organisation.

Through this partnership:

⚡ Whitespace will provide our CollectiveOS platform, giving participants fast, cited insights and decision support across cohorts and sprints.

🤝 EY will lead the consultancy and leadership training, embedding the skills needed to deliver strategic change at scale.

Cohort 9 launches later this month, with Whitespace and EY supporting the Army to deliver faster insights, stronger options, and consistent, evidence-driven outcomes.
