The RNS is a BULLISH statement. we got a loan +10$M additional cash end of Q3. We paid off 15M$ from the 45M$ from Coris . By the date we can conclude that the other 30M$ will be paid by the cash from the Pasofino sale. Thats good! Also proof that we made ebidta in Q3. Also clear stated: another 20M$ to be paid by end of 2024. It looks like that debt will go below 100M$ end of 2024. So easy debt free in 2025.

We should get a RNS with the time of Pasofino Sale including Q3, Q4 / Commercial Production, pay off schedule for 2024. This all sounds good to me

Also please note it’s a legal obligation to notify the market about the payment 31st October

It’s separate to the production, commercial and sale of dugbe news

They have said they are close now finalising q3 results and will announce very shortly
