The way I see it is that the company is still a on going concern and in the grand scheme of things

The pog has a long way up from here

And the main shareholders know that

Otherwise they would not continue to support

There is no benefit in taking this private, still massive mileage in it being listed

The m cap is only 54m right now

One good qtr and sale of Dugbe (45m) pog near 3k is enough to get this to a rerate
