You can't just ignore the past or the present when there has been such little progress across a multitude of assets across several companies.

But I will make a deal with you. I will keep quiet until 17th Feb which is the 5 month deadline. If we do not have a deal by then I will return.

The sp is where it is for a reason Coyote and there is only one person that has the ability to change that. Having more dilution recently has not helped.

The point is its a similar picture across all his companies. More failure than success and more shareholders worked over and left penniless than those making any return.

Ignoring past performance just makes you cannon fodder for more of the same and its ridiculous for any shareholder to do that.

That is why there is very little appetite amongst PIs for anything Bird related as most of them have been burnt.

My holding is well underwater so letting what I have run. Flipping eck a shareholder in a Bird company well in the red strike a light.

And the company has enough good assets that if the Birdman does manage to get something right I might actually turn a profit.

The age thing is very relevant because running companies moves on and changes just like everything else, I am not sure Bird had unfortunately.
