So what is happening with the Pick option.

Does Darren really want us to make a decision on the retail offer without us knowing the outcome of the Pick option.

Then you should be very careful about your wording an not give expectations of something different.

That it is all last minute (again) suggests Darren was hoping to do something different and for whatever reason couldn't get it away.

Yes he is an entrepreneur JP but unfortunately still comes across like Del Boy rather than a Ceo you can fully trust.

Of course you can never rule out a raising but Darren has made enough noises about other sources of funding to have expected something other than what we have this morning so I can understand people's annoyance.

The bitcoin thing was a fiasco.

It has always been chronically underfunded but Darren has brought that on himself much of the time. If think marker had had coherent and clear planning instead of flick flacking from one shiny bauble to another then the sp might have risen to a level where we could get a decent raising away.

Anyway onwards and upwards hopefully 😏

He just never learns SFH. The number of times he has made grandiose claims in interviews only to come up short or for what he was claiming to disappear from narrative altogether as the next shiny bauble hones in to view.

Darren should know better as he has been a PI himself and I am sure had he been on the other end of his many claims he would be disappointed too.

That said, he gets the Winston project up and running and the Pick option sorted and all will be forgiven but it does concern me when the narrative often deviates from reality.

Unfortunately he still gives the impression he is making it up as he goes along and doesn't instil 100% confidence in him.

Darren has 'initially' stumped up the money but these share are to be sold on once the prospectus is sorted. Read the rns.

That said he never learns. He beats his chest about all these other ways of funding and comes up short every time.

He needs to get a grip and stop with the big bold statements until he can follow through with them. All this does is turn shareholders off and make him look disingenuous.

And so what of the Pick option , that needs resolving by tomorrow.

Spot on RodneyT except communications aren't slack, they are non existent.

Bird is a dinosaur. The investing world has moved on, unfortunately Bird hasn't.

He has a duty towards shareholders and he is failing badly imo.

And a other week disappears into the ether. Meanwhile we have continued silence and a rock bottom share price.

I wouldn't worry about it 99, it's probably a warrant holder. Wouldn't be surprised to see more warrant rns next week.

If only olddrongo but short of that he at least should be trying to get some value for shareholders. Is there any wonder the share price is languishing where it is.
