If at the first sign of difficulty he caved then what was the point having that mantra in the first place as all he has done now instead of keeping the company well financed when the SP was above 10p he has now been rolled over and been stuck with the warrants as well.

I couldn't agree more JP2000. He had set himself apart from the usual junior CEO shenanigans and set his stall out to do things differently but in one fell swoop he has binned all that and aligned himself with everything that is bad with these CEO's.

Personally I would snatch the hand off a bid at the moment. Even with the sp where it is I couldn't see it being taken out for less that 10p which would give me a nice amount to invest in my others that have been clattered by the market.
So bad as it would seem, when your others are trading at fractions of their value, then it wouldn't be so bad to have a chunk of money to put elsewhere and given MR's comments about PIs I ain't going to show him any loyalty.

Agree but it has the feel of sorting some financing out as we can't have enough in the pot to do those 5 drills and see the winter through too.

Regarding the Agm John a lot of people are saying the same thing and giving the same reason for not attending, the BoD don't listen.
But make sure you use your vote on the resolutions, particularly voting against resolution 3.
