It's going to say there will be an extension to the date. They should have really picked a realistic one to start with.

Well that is all very well Talking Sense but the company deliberately set a short period as they didn't think it was going to take long, nieve, maybe.

But then you had The Doc doubling down in at least two interviews saying that he expected the deal to be done well before the cut off date and in one I remember him saying the 3rd party was keen, been talking over the weekend and could be sorted in short order.

Everyone who knows how long these deals take must have raised an eyebrow at the short stop date. So they have either been stupid or nieve.

BigBite also the lack of associated warrants might be a pointer. Not very often you can get a raise away for that amount without warrants these day.

I can't believe they made a retail offer anyway. Didn't they realise that in this dire market raising at 4p with warrants would mean retail investors would be able to buy in the market cheaper if they so wished.
