I was thinking 0.05p was the top end for today Surprised it got this high but there again spod prices are rising! So often being completely wrong with these situations & the FOMO I have now bought in again. Like all here, might recover some old losses. BUY if you blindfolded & like pressing buttons.

Can anyone put a real world valuation on the Boohoo Group?

If the cashflow is falling at the current alarming rate it will cease to be anything but a dot.gone entity with only brand names & old stock for sale. 500M will put the business back on a stable footing but driving up sales in this current economic climate will take a lot of patience.

The good news is that the share price has not yet crashed back to the high 20's. While it's limbering along at current low 30's there's hope it can rise but buying at this point is high risk.

Couple of days old this article but it reads like a "slap dance" - John Lyttle should have rosy cheeks. All this & he still wanted big bonuses.

Media will likely keep bashing BOO, as they have always done, until MA + other parties take Boohoo down.

A share consolidation is the only way now to get the SP above £6

The way I see BOO share price going in the short term is south back to 27p. Those that want control of the company will use the opportunity to increase their stake. I can't see a good offer coming for the invested who bought over 31p. The company is heading for a four way split to survive, some brands in name only. The economic climate is what will take this limping ship to be beached. If it was on Ebay, the ad would be "Not working - Parts Only" - buyer read the description.

Its good the see the back of all those large sells. CPX should pick up momentum now. Share price dropped too low for too long. Will it break 0.5p by xmas? Next week may have the answer.

Boohoo no more - merge with a competitor mow written in history.

BOO briefly dropped to 27.3p this morning. ASOS down 5% - going to get bumpy here. No trade volume at all so moving on very low numbers.

ASOS results are out today & are fairly similar to BOO - they suck. Are ASOS & BOO both heading for a cliff?

Ashley got a fair chunk of the new shares as I'm led to believe so I don't think he is being side lined in the slightest.

The Capital raise will burn through quite quickly.

The influencer program is not producing the sales that need to be generated. TEMU is plug plug plug - Boohoo is fading away in social media. Too retired at marketing & no flake of aggression.

Retail offer should have been at 27p. Fools for thinking 31p would attract the masses.

Today's volume is way down. Not good at all. 29/30p by end of day.

BOO needs a change in direction for sales revenue as falling numbers = cost reducing exercises. Business model is not working when those at the top attempt to take large bonuses when the company is failing. Now a split of assets in on the cards & Ashley wants his pie. Where did the 31pps go? Flushed away!

Trade volume is a good indicator here. 6 million is poor. 11 million should be the norm & anything above is a good day. Just not seeing any buys or sells that will trigger a TR1. Fanfare of the recent RNSs' will freeze in time come Monday. Any hope of a bidding war is just "tut tut". Retail offer not for me as betting on a drop in value here.

Big money only moves when asked. Big money could have bought cheaper a in the months leading up to today. Only see the SP falling for the time being as it will be traded downward. No momentum to turn it around. Tears all over BOO.
