There cash position is that they had 3 million before last plot sale which give them an extra 6.8 million plus 2 million from the 10% they had in Bekon and that was sold so that makes 11.8 million cash at the moment plus another 7.5 million very shortly and still another plot worth 7.5 million again left to sell. So the Nav is about triple the current price

Draft and we know one of those plots are under offer so I expect an RNS very soon saying there's another 7.5 millio in the bank :)

In Autumn this year braveheart are bidding for a share of the £400m Northern Investment Fund planned by the British Business Bank.

Company has 2 million cash now so if they sell the asset for say 3 million that would give them 5 million in cash and assets of around the same value .. The assets really are worth looking at .. The latest 2 in particular.. The MC is only 4 million.. Lots and lots of upside..

Been buying inherent over the last few weeks and building good position. Think there is allot going for this company from these levels

Could easy Pop on good volume as there is such little shares in issue and the most are in sticky hands .. News anyday on asset is the rumour .. Wait untill the real heard arrive .. Best to be in on the bottom :)

With that little shares in issue .. When something lands here (which I believe it will very soon) it will be more or less impossible to buy in on any rise .. We could see one huge squeeze
