Treading, the facility only needs to be in place for Auditiors to sign off the account, not actually activated, unlesss they have to during completion of the Sale. If no facility is forthcoming, then options will be sell everything for peanuts, or go into administration, i believe the Sale will be achieved.

The last RNS clearly indicated that the Sale process is still at the table, hence why bother trying to facillitate a Trade loan facility, and please dont come back with " just to keep paying directors salaries" it does'nt wash. The RNS clearly states that this facility is " in on a case we need it basis" and may not be entered into. The mere fact they can negotiate such a facility says to me that potential buyers cannot force an " Accept it or leave it " offer. This sale is still on and i hope its at a level where all invested can make a return. GLA

Calls, no one is flying flags for this RNS, but it does give a logical way of completing the end goal, if you believe that is the companies aim. The auditors will only sign off the accounts if Eurasia is proven to be a going concern, and this proposed Trade Finance deal provides this requirement. If you believe it’s all “smoke and mirrors “ then that’s your view, and with the history so far, it’s your camp that’s calling all the shots.

A Sale has always been in the offing, just never executed, and cannot see what transferring to another exchange would do for Companies finances. As for inventory they do have and some cash, can you explain why it’s inaccessible, I’m confused

Anyone got any thoughts on the proposed Trade Finance Loan Facility, which basically means a loan to cover the gap between selling a product and receiving monies for said goods. Does this mean that said goods or assets will be sold, or could be sold, and if the latter, why would the Loan Facilitator be in talks and expose themselves to such a high degree of risk. Basically is there a decisive part of these talks that makes this proposition worthwhile, if not then why bother engaging, as surely due diligence will have already been done. In essence Eurasia have declared they have no money after Nov 2024, and have informed the market that this proposal is best way forward to complete asset Sale, and ensure fair price in todays market for either Concentrate, or Sale of assets or both.

Just my musings, probably miles off, and maybe more in hope than expectation.
