I ask you again, who came along with informal bids, and why did Citic, UBS, and DL Piper get involved, with an FSP , that could not determine to the potential buyers, what exactly they were bidding for, and what was there?, none of it makes sense. Its not rocket science is it, unless all these bodies of experts got together and didn't bother with their own due diligence, and decided to "wing it" and hope some sucker company or companies would pay a fortune for it. Market views on shares can be at best described as fickle, take GGP for example. In first week of Jan price peaked at 36.40, today it's just above 20.60p, and that's without any real time disasters. Is it now an unworthy stock to invest in, or a bargain?
Only your own due diligence and investment strategy will answer that question. With Eurasia the potential deal or deals are close to conclusion, you either believe in this Board or not, it will happen when best outcome for investors is concluded. GLA
