Funny seeing the panic here this morning, watching from the sidelines. Again, what did people expect? You know they haven't started selling these tests, so ofcourse their earnings won't be huge. It's a very standard RNS that confirms the sales yet again, and said nothing we don't already know, and everyone starts freaking out. This place is a mess.

It's hardly 'unreported' legal action is it? So much nonsense in your post.

Understood, not blaming Riddler for anything to do with my investment, I take full responsibility for my trades, win or lose. Just an issue with attitude, but hey... it's LSE, there's only so much I can do. Just have experienced his aggressive side personally too, and was a shame because until that point I considered his posts informative and helpful (still do, mostly).

It comes across as he thinks he's in charge here. No doubt he's shared some really helpful information but it's boring to have someone shouting down other people's opinions, and clearly he was wrong so the proof is in the pudding. He needs to learn some humility is all. Waiting to be shouted at now ;)

Not calling him a fraud, but his attitude towards people posting very fair observations has been aggressive and patronizing, when actually they've clearly been fair and well-rounded observations. It's happened a few times and doesn't help anyone.

When you say no patents protected in the USA, do you mean to say that they potentially might have a case against them here? Or not? Curious on your views I may be misreading your post slightly.

Yep, I got slammed for saying that the companies 'collaborations' weren't profit-making (which a few people here were claiming). Another collaboration doesn't soften the blow of a £2m placing. No money. I will be holding because I believe in the tech here, but the timeline is much longer than I previously expected, I feel. Part and parcel of AIM and I just have to accept that, I do like the company, but not offering the placing to PI's is shoddy.

If Cavendish is back here that might be a good sign to double my position in the company. He rants nonsense and then the price goes up, if my memory serves.

We're opening at least 16% down. Feeling for anyone here who topped up near the recent highs.

If it's a brazen attack on EQTec then it's positive in my view, because it means we're stepping on toes and we're a threat to US companies in the same sector.

Again, I think we should be able to find this information out, and if the company are outright lying in an official RNS then we will know. I think that's unlikely, and as stated by Heres, the directors wouldn't have been buying shares too. Anyone with some knowledge on US law know how to find out public information on legal proceedings being filed?

It states in the RNS that the company filed for legal battle on the day that they announced the successful placing. That should be information we can find out, correct? If it's lies and the legal proceedings were announced before the placing, then EQTec are lying, but I still have faith in the RNS being truthful right now.

Debt because of good, solid acquisitions. A fast growing company with fast growing earnings, some debt is part of the game and it doesn't put me off. Try harder.

Also the logic that 'if he's so confident then why wasn't he in earlier' is a little bit ridiculous. My biggest holding (not kefi) I only got involved in 2 months ago and I have spent many, many hours getting my head around the company and their past and future. As wise has stated, filter him if it annoys you, that's all you can do. Your protests against him are far less useful than positives posts, in my view.

For the record, you can filter without paying for LSE, it's in a tab just above the start of the conversations. I'm pretty new here though so +Vibes hasn't bothered me yet.
