And also, worth mentioning what Steve Francis said in the initial conference call that PI's could watch. Basically, one of the main goals that will bring a lot of business back to SIG is reconnecting with previous clients - providing better service and making meaningful relationships with lost customers. Obviously there are other issues, but he said he'd spoken with many old customers who stated that they would bring their business back if the customer service and knowledge was there to tap into. Not a mammoth task to complete. The brand image hasn't been tarnished enough to permanently push people away, it will just take some careful management and attention.
