sorry i'm no analyst but i do own quite a few properties and i apply a similar logic :-
cash is cash 860k
300k profit, over 10 years gives me the 3million, so 300 x 10yrs = 3 million (+ 860K cash = 3,860,000)
everyone will give you a cntrary number . but they will all stack up very well.
think of this
If you could buy a business (INVU) for 1,090,00 (mcap at close)
and you get 860k cashback,
then 300k profit every year from your investment, would you think that's a good deal
if so, you can have a part of that with INVU at this price?
