As an accountant, can you explain how losses of between 4 and 9 million, puts you with a better business model, than the current one producing healthy profit and a good cash balance?also as you have followed INVU so closely, what in your opinion was so terribly wrong with the business from 4 or so years ago? welcome back Mr, looking to top up again very soon, i don't think the news yesterday was particularly bad, as jolly commented, and the the last final's say, they are looking to do larger deal's with larger customer's, i estimate cash to be around 900k, going on past performance, so still some good upside from here. I expect yesterday's rns to be the confirmation of INVU looking toward's larger contract's from here on in, as expressed by CG in the final's and media interview. I was able to buy around 2k yesterday afternoon, @ 43, but no quote after that, remember, still very few shares around, 10k,, 20k of buys will make a huge difference.. atb mate ( and jollymate) ade.. niknak, great posting history, all on invu, and very entertaining, thankyou.

thank's point taken, but for arguement's sake only, in the event of winding up the company, which is looking very unlikely at the moment, the A shares would have preference, but as the company is doing very well, and trading at a good profit, surely being able to trade and invest in O share's has much more advantage, jolly thank's for you comment's. ade

In response to an email to INVU, it was suggested that a fair way to realise Mcap would be to add th 'A' share's to the 'O' shares times by share price,,, so,, 305,000,000 + 168,752,662 = 473,752,662 x 0.445 = 2,108,199 (pounds)

sound's fair, made a small buy yesterday (200k), expect news around the end of the month. ade

i'll be honest, i'm trading here, not invested, however there is considerable upside potential here now, debt's gone, how many aim shares can say that, plus the free carry, and 10% stake could be worth big money one day, but i don't know when? i do know if they drop to below 0.3p again , i'll be buying.atb..ade

Under the terms of the Disposal, the Company will retain a shareholding of 10 per cent. of the issued share capital of Blackdown Minerals. The Company has a 'free carry' and anti-dilution rights in respect of its 10 per cent. shareholding up until the Funding Condition is met, such that if any shares in Blackdown Minerals are issued, the Company will be issued with a proportionate number of shares to maintain its 10 per. cent shareholding, and the Purchaser will fund (or arrange funding of) the payment for those shares.

the rns today was withdrawal of winding up petition, i didn't read any mention of 57k in the rns? i think you need to wait for more news here folks,
