You can't simply assume that every single, or most, sells were placed shares.

The placing shares are likely, but by no means certain, to have been churned through. Let's stay realistic here. Unless you obtained trading statements from everyone who subscribed?... still it's a gradual rise back up to a more normal price at present.

No idea, and I doubt anyone will ever know why TBH, because there is no way to check. It could be some selling of the leftover shares issued a month ago, it could impatient PIs... (quite a few PIs trade in chunks of GBP10k).

Prickly - thank you for clarifying. I am certainly not taking for granted the SP reaching a certain level by a certain time. However, you should also consider making plans for future investments should the current ones come to fruition - with the understanding that it's all "maybes". If you start researching and setting up investment timings for your next purchase only once you've sold your last holding, you may miss windows of opportunity.

You seem to be mixing up a few different things post, but if I interpret what you wrote properly, I am not saying I aim to sell at a specific time in the future no matter what happens, nor am I saying that the current price is near what I want to sell. I am saying that I expect the SP to be much higher soon - that price is my selling target. I do not expect to wait for months, or even weeks.

I admit this is what I'm here for: I have other long term investments that I have my eye on after I've sold a chunk of my expected profits from here.

Started producing very recently, competent management (with very regular RNSs), more results to assess the value of its current resources further expected soon (within days to 4 weeks IMO), the technical analysis suggests that a bounce has just started.

There is no guarantee that it was Beaufort who sold below 0.85p - it could well have been PIs getting impatient and moving on. II who buy into placings sometimes keeps some of the shares on the side to sell into further rises as a source of income (it being the difference between the price at which the sale took place, and the nominal price of the share at the time of issue) to pay for staff, overheads, etc. So I would suggest we don't get of ourselves just yet, even though the time is good for a rise about now...

It's not clearly gone. Nobody knows - it could be that more could be sold into the next rise. However, from a TA point of view, this share is very well placed. And the underlying business is very solid for AIM and promising.

"in the coming weeks" does not mean "in (no more than) two weeks" according to the Oxford English Dictionary... ;-)

I don't think it was a sell actually, as a buy for the same amount at the same price was recorded. It may have been a bed & ISA (I can't recall the exact phrase.) when somebody transfers holding from a regular trading account to an ISA.
