The Company has secured a further 1,074 acres of leases at its Rudyard Project in northern Montana. Leases were secured via direct negotiation with a landowner and brings the Company's total landholding at Rudyard to approximately 6,674 acres.

As announced on 20 June 2024, Rudyard Project hosts a helium discovery within a domal anticline with helium gas up to 1.3% Helium flowed to surface from two wells drilled adjacent to the Company's leases. The domal anticline has Contingent Resources of 484,000Mcf (0.48Bcf) He gross with in-situ value of >$250 million at helium price of $550/Mcf.

The facts do remain that that there is significant potential here.

In truth not a lot has changed.

Rudyard has historically produced Helium of commercial grade and flow rate. Will it produce again.? We will find out soon.

And of course Flathead and Charles formations may yet prove to be commercial, with Helium and Hydrogen shows.

From a SP perspective it remains oversold. Creates a great entry point or opportunity to average down for those that took a position at a higher level.

The key thing for HEX is doing what they have said over the coming weeks and I am sure they will.

Can they get the Helium out of Charles and Flathead, is the Hydrogen in flathead commercially.? and Rudyard needs to produce positive results of commercial helium and flow rates as it has done previously.

At sustained flow rates of 4,000Mcf/day raw gas and a helium sales price of $500/Mcf production from the Amsden would generate pre-tax cashflow of circa $1,000,000 per well per year, using membrane units to upgrade helium concentrations prior to processing. This falls beneath the Company's definition of a commercial development for standalone production from the Amsden, but could generate useful additional cash-flow if produced alongside helium from the Flathead or Charles formations.
