If Helium levels increase as we go lower in to Flathead, this will become a significant resource of Helium. If commerciality is proven, and I believe it will, the SP will rise dramatically. Awareness of HEX and its huge potential is spreading and intensifying across telegram groups and social media.

With the strategy and costs declared I would be extremely surprised if there was a JV.

The plan is monetise any commercial discovery with building a modular processing plant, and for that there will need to be a financing plan. Preferably that will be debt rather than equity.

This is an expert team, with a well mapped out timeline up to monetisation, with extremely good comms producing regular almost daily updates. They are doing this alone, no JV, and maximum return to shareholders.

There is a really good chance of this project producing significant returns for those invested, particularly given the stated intent of further Helium projects, just understand the time lines and enjoy the ride.

Everything is going to plan here, the next 4-6 weeks will define SP value, either we have commercial viability or we don’t. There will more than likely be updates along the way as comms have been on point.

As for risk, yes an outcome could be that all 4 prospects are not viable, but there are facts to be considered that are very positive and make a commercially viable discovery likely. Just have to weigh it all up.

In the meantime, the SP will go up and down, what’s new about that.

If results are positive, i.e. there is a commercial and viable discovery, there will be a rewrite that will go much higher than all-time high.

What is needed is the understanding that until those results come to fruition, there really isn’t much to impact on SP Unless there is any form of positive or negative update between now and the results.

I believe the savvy of us on this board understand this.

Not really expecting anything until results of wire logging are published, any positive updates in between are a bonus.

4-6 weeks time we should have information that will rerate the SP, and hold on to the fact it could be bad news. FWIW I believe in this project and the team, and there are factors that support a likely positive outcome.

I never expected much on announcement of the commencement of drilling. Why would there be a rerate on something that was known and planned cor and is on schedule.?

Expectations should be managed, and when the appraisal is complete and we have results of the wire logging, and if that is positive, the SP will rerate.

Minchin has made it clear that they have listed on the LSE to ensure they can attract the right investment, so no real benefit in having a cross trading facility. This is the “A” team too with the likes of Bo who are very well connected and respected in The US.

As I have said all along, all that is needed is patience, take each step in turn, and let the SP find its value. In time, probably 12-15 months, we will hopefully have a commercial helium operation from a number of wells.

We know that drilling is to commence in Q3, and once drilled there will be a 30 day appraisal of flow rates. Once the results of the flow rates are published, we will hopefully be in a positive rerate territory.

The plant will then be built with first gas expected 12 months after appraisals have been completed.

Funds will be required for the plant build, that may be placing or maybe financed as debt, it doesn’t matter really as come monetisation the value of the business and subsequently the SP will rise considerably.

Patience is needed. If any team can make it happen it’s this team.

Based on the information Helix have tweeted, the scoping study should be positive. There maybe an element priced in, but there are always people waiting on the sidelines.

With Q3 not far away, going to be an interesting and positive few months.
