BayWa is a Germany agribusiness
It's a 10 year agreement, and BayWa will buy up to 2.5m tonnes a year
The deal would deliver the highest pricing of any of the supply, or offtake, agreements it has signed around the world
The pricing in the agreement is linked to the amount received by BayWa on sales of polyhalite.
