There's a whole process that needs to be followed to change a company's name, involving paperwork with Companies House amongst other things. Expect it will go through by end of the month though.

The problem also is that GEX has very recently stated that it has not ordered long lead items or contracted a Rig and Crew, and would not be doing so until the permit is in place. So they are NOT ready to drill and won't be for some time yet. When you then look at the AFR, the company will have little to no cash reserves left, so how the heck is it going to manage with a fund raise?

Silver has disappeared, and so, seemingly, has the chap who claimed the BOD had ruled out a fund raise at the AGM!!!

I am certainly not Mr Know It All (unlike the trolls and certain others) but a lot of today's posts demonstrate that a lot of folk don't know what is going on. The fact that we have institutions accumulating these shares means that they will squeeze out every last share that they can at these prices. The process can take weeks to even years sometimes!

In many ways, the more retail that sell now, the better it will be for LTH.

I'm still awaiting a response from Miker to my earlier questions re the AGM. Did they actually confirm they were fully funded despite the AFR, or by talking about different options for funding, did they pretty much confirm that a placing is imminent?

Miker - thank you for that update. Where you say "I left no stone unturned and am very very happy and upbeat of how it all went and the answers received. Total transparency and as and when they do have to raise there are many options available, dilution via placing is just one and might not necessarily be that route."

So did they confirm to you that they ARE fully funded for this drilling and won't be raising funds for it? That's the issue that most have been worried about. Did you ask them about the figures in the AFR suggesting they only had 0.43million left as of May 2025?

And if or when they do need to raise, did they go into what these other options might be? Thanks

Complete bs - none of those things were said, which is why the big sells are landing. It's now placing time here.

If I have read it correctly Doc, then around 15 million were left by last month (but it doesn't give you the breakdown by exercise price). Since then, we've traded around 40 million shares. Might well have shifted a few more million since as volume has been decent since that RNS.

Spread is very tight at the moment, which also bodes well. Let's see how we fare on the TSX, but looking good this week so far.

Well the stock below 1.9p is being slowly taken up. Once supply dries up down here, we should see a move into the 2s.

I think the last of the 11s are being taken up. Focus will soon switch to the 12s. Get them whilst you can.

Looks to me like this is being accumulated, as everytime it goes into the 6s, demand comes in. Should only be a matter of short time before supply at these levels dries up, and we get that first move up. Not sure what a decent price target is this time round though. All imo and GLA

In recent months, this has absorbed millions of warrants and a large placing, but still the trend is up. Several institutions (some "substantial" names in there) have come on board. The most recent of which have entered at 10.4p.

Take a look at the monthly chart and you will see which way this is heading. It has the potential making of a HUGE base - a giant cup and handle style base. We are still trading INSIDE this base. Now what I can't work out is what constitutes the TOP of this Base and the Breakout point. You can make an argument for anywhere between 14.5p and 37p as constituting the point of breakout. Views welcome from Chartists.

Pretty scary to imagine just how high this will go on the right news and the large institutional shareholder base driving it upwards.

We have several insti's now on the books all likely to be hunting for shares. They need the share to be at multiples of the current share price in order to make a profit. We have non stop newsflow now the end of the year, with some major announcements during this period. Chart is also looking good and about to do a Golden Cross. Gold is also threatening another breakout and if it does, then we will see a 3700-4000 POG.

All the ducks are lining up here it seems and we look to be on the verge of commencing a re-rate. Don't let them take your shares - they are worth a LOT more than 12p, and will be worth considerably more very shortly.

Will be interesting to see the next warrants update as well.

The share consolidation is done. The bottom is in judging by the demand for shares at these prices. The company is clearly active judging by today's announcement by SATS. So yes, a good time to buy and this could easily do a 50% - 200% move in one leg.

Golden Cross also incoming - often acts as a launchpad.

When even the ramping trolls run out of anything positive to say about the company then you know things are very bad indeed.
