Still appears to be a fair bit of supply at even this level. Should bottom at some point, unless there is another placing in the works, but can't imagine how or why so soon after the last one, which was a fair amount.

It would be a smart move from the insti's to push the price up and into the GDXJ. Whilst not impossible for September, it depends exactly when the rebalance is done in September? If we see the next breakout in gold this month as some are predicting, and we get some world class results again, announce the drill programme in El P, you never know. But maybe the next rebalance is more realistic?

Where is Hamilton? If the company is so close to positive newsflow, should he not be banging the drum a lot more right now? The lack of comms doesn't sit well either.

Good to see the rise being consolidated. Supply in the 12s is being taken out. All gearing up for a retest of the recent highs.

But more importantly, OMI are really banging the drum when it comes to institutional investors. Red Cloud have covered OMI as one of their favoured juniors with a blue sky target of ~ 3Moz across PEPAS and APTA.

If we can get into the 20s before Beaver Creek, that sets us up nicely going into Q4, which will be the most rich period of newsflow as we will have drilling at PEPAS and EL PANTANO.

Currently out of favour for some reason. I guess it's the fear of being in a cycle of placings, where the privileged get warrants to feed off, but retail are left to hold the bag. But with crypto doing well, the non stop bleeding down is surprising. Will it hold the 5s?

That's insti activity right there. They are loading up. Don't let them take your shares cheaply. These shares will be worth multiples of the current price.

These insti's don't make money unless the price goes on to multibag. The most recent have entered at 10.4p. They are only interested in triple digit gains - therefore so should we all.

Once again, too many posts today in response to the master baiter. Why OMI holders want to give him air time on a day like today is baffling. Let him post his loony rants all day long if he wants, but don't reply or mention him in your posts. You don't need to, the share price is do the talking.

Looking like this will be a strong week for OMI. Nobody wants to risk waiting until the next results or Beaver Creek to load up it seems.

All of the short term holders need to be drained out. The insti's won't stop until they have every last share they can get at these levels. They might spend a day or two draining out the 12s, and then look to retest 14p, to see what they can drain out in the 13s and around 14p.

Depends on whether there are plans to raise as part of the AIM listing? Not your usual placing de-ramp, but was listening to the recent interview and plans to drill out more wells. The income from Rost won't cover that, so wondering whether they might come to AIM market with a sizeable raise?

Spread is very tight. Large players taking up all the stock in the 12s now. Then onto the 13s.

Friday FOMO setting up nicely.

They are probably used interchangeably by a lot of people, and so I don't think it necessarily indicates a change of timescale. It is also not unusual to release positive news just after a placing. Arguably, it would be unusual to do it the other way round.

I hope it is to do with the financing, and not the tax man getting impatient over a long standing liability owed to the state!

The insti's know what they are doing. They will just keep marking the price up, then lower to shake out as many shares as they can get at each penny level, before moving back up and before we then breakout from 14p.

It will happen for sure, just watch it unfold and don't get baited by the daily master baiter.

Can we keep the threads positive and don't fall into the trolls trap of clogging up the BB with his negatively titled threads. That's his trap that some keep falling into despite repeated reminders. At the moment, I have to say, far too many are still taking his bait and falling into his trap.

Ignore him and DON'T post under his threads. Just keep it positive.

IF results go it's way at PEPAS and/or EL PANTANO, then OMI will surely break that 2020 high?

It's going to be some run coming up here over the next few weeks and months. Pressure (i.e. accumulation) has been building for several months now, and this pending breakout could be a major one. Everything is lining up perfectly:

1) Technicals are as strong as can be with lots of accumulation, a large base formation which we are now retesting.

2) As the Doc has said, 25% of the float is now with institutions. This is a growing number as these institutions continue to load up. Currently, the company is in discussions with several more institutions, and this is all before Beaver Creek, which will surely add more to the book.

3) But a lot of shares are also in sticky LTH hands. Many of us hold from 2.5p and have not sold any.

4) PEPAS is producing world class results. These will continue to land.

5) El PANTANO drilling is to commence in October.

6) EL CEDRO soil sampling is about to recommence.

7) MRE will land for PEPAS in December.

8) MRE work also being donw for APTA.

9) We could make NEW DISCOVERIES at PEPAS and/or EL PANTANO

10) The existing discovery at PEPAS is worth over $1 billion and growing.

11) Gold is likely to be nearer to $4000 by the end of the year.

This is shaping up to an incredible 🚀 launch. Not your usual pump and dump, but a proper trend with institutional support behind it.

All we need to do is add and sit on those hands.

The market is clearly feeling rather wary now with GEX. This permit saga has dragged on for far too long now, and cash is a concern, with only a few clinging on to the hope that the drilling is fully funded, despite it being over a year since the last raise and despite the AFR plainly setting out the cash position. Others 'pretending' that all is well, so they can salvage something from the wreckage?

Will it be the placing or the permit that will land here first?

The warrants were already a bit of a negative, even without this latest addition. The real question now is whether the upcoming newsflow is going to be strong enough to clear them, or whether the warrants will effectively act as a blocker to seeing some real and sustainable share price gains.

Again, the amount is so small, that I am sure MR could have gotten this away without offering warrants, or even half a warrant per share.

Looks to me like they needed the cash, approached the broker, who sorted it out with RAB and "another existing shareholder". At least it was 5p for the investors.

I did also wonder why the brokers had to be invovled, but then a lot of these insti's are introduced through the broker, and get preferential treatment where possible because of this.

Yes, the only 'justification' for this has to be financing related, but I thought any financing deals were post DFS, rather than anything imminent. Meaning Bres could have raised this cash at a higher level, or through existing warrant monies.

There was a time when Bres tried to differentiate itself from the others, by not doing low ball stuff like this, but to be honest, that lustre has now gone. Sometimes wonder how much MR really believes in Bres?
