RE: Tomorrow SP11 Mar 2023 10:33
AG1989 - I would say the following in response:
- ECR/CORA/GCAT: not deadwood, but critical to get the timing right in any AIM share, and that means taking into account market conditions. If you get the timing wrong, then it can turn into a bad investment for you, regardless of the quality of the company/project.
- DILUTION: Again timing is important. Are you investing into a company on a downward spiral of dilution, or is it on the upward trajectory where each raise is at higher levels than before? And you don't want too many shares in issue, as its hard for the share price to then move when saddled with so many shares. GGP/ORR are examples. (Contrast this to OMI, which can make bigger moves as it is saddled with less of a free float). How many will ORCP end up by the time things turnaround for it? Important to factor this in, don't you think?
- AGENDA: Lots of people post on BB even though not invested, or as ex shareholders. Happens all the time. If they want to share their experiences with others, nothing wrong with that. For all you know, my postings might have stopped some from losing money here? And I don't post all that frequently on here, nor do I gloat. In any case, people are free to post if they wish, and others are free to filter if they don't like the posts. Echo chambers are not good.
ORCP - I read your reasons for being positive about the GH project and the progress made. All I would say, is that I think ORCP are good at serving up the "appetizers", but not the main course. Few retail investors will ever be bothered enough to do it, but if you track back all the RNSs that were issued over THAR, and compare what was said at each stage, to what then subsequently happened, you will see a similar pattern of appetizers in the form of LOI, MOU, Collaboration Agreements, Events, Meetings, Studies, etc. But the promised main course never arrived. So far, I see a similar modus operandi or pattern with the GH project, with tasty appetizers being served up. However, you see tangible progress being made. That is fair enough. Doesn't mean either of us have an Agenda, its just we see things differently.
OVERALL: I do worry that you might be overly invested here (emotionally) when I read posts like: 'If this gets to 0.10p, I will average down' or 'for those who position early, this could be the biggest risk/reward proposition of their lives'. I sometimes detect more emotion in your ORCP postings than in other shares. It's good to have strong conviction, but please don't let it turn into a blindfold/confirmation bias. Anyway, I do hope this works out for you in the way you strongly believe it will. Hopefully, you can tell me one day 'LW, I told you so'. I will be VERY happy for you! Genuinely. All the best for now.
