I don't have a buy in price KR. I don't trust He1 and therefore don't want to get in ahead of their next announcement. You just don't know what they will do next, and it might not be good. So best to just wait and see.

I've long stopped believing in the fundamentals, so if I do get back in, it will be a small swing trade and I doubt I will be hanging around for results.

But I have to say, what is happening right now is incredible. I thought it would fall to 2p on a duster at Tai, but I never expected it would go as low as this.

Hasiba, even on its highest volume days, not much of the free float is traded, so that's rather irrelevant. If you look at "average daily volume", or "relative volume", which are more conventional measures for volume analysis, then the selling has been on higher than average volume and high relative volume.

Err... how did you arrive at that erroneous conclusion. The volume has been well above average for the last 6 days. It's the buying volume that has been weak, not the selling volume by the looks of it. All imo and dyor

How can this fall not be affecting the fundraise itself? Unless the price has already been agreed, how do they settle on a price for the fundraise when the share price itself is not settled?

Never mind "dark side", just try being on the right side. I said several months ago that this company was one to be very weary of in how it goes about things. Mostly I just got abuse for that, accusations of dark arts, shorting, FUD, fear mongering, looking for lower entry, etc, etc. Now many of you are seeing for yourselves, but the realisation is all too belated. That Friday Rig RNS should have been the wake up and smell the coffee moment for all.

One of the biggest risks of investing here is the company itself. You just don't know what they might do next, and they are capable of doing much. That's before you even get to the other fundamentals. All imo and dyor

I agree it was negligent at best to pre-announce the fund raise. Surely if the BOD didn't appreciate the risk of doing so, the broker would have done so. So why did they advise it?

Anyway, the other negligent aspect of doing so is that it has surely compromised the fundraise itself. Whichever way they fundraise, it will be a share price sensitive deal. But what price are the unsolicited funders expected to accept, when each day the price falls again. What is the discounted price for the funders when it's a slow falling knife situation?

Last few days to get in at sub 0.7p me thinks. Should start to get assay results through from Zim, as well as newsflow re KCB as they start to prepare for Q1 drilling at Karakubis.

I think LB did hint at the AGM that there was more share price pain to come from this fundraise, but don't think anyone expected the fundraise would be at sub 1p level. Each day they don't announce it, is another ~ 10% off the share price.

If they leave it to the new year, then where will the share price end up at this rate of daily decline?

Tai 3 has been a duster so far in terms of the upper targets. They have just the basement target left, but that was the lowest COS in the CPR at 10%. Also, and especially needing a fund raise, they are hardly going to describe Tai 3 as a duster, and are naturally going to try to keep the dream alive.

It's going to come down to Itumbula, because if that fails, how are they going to get another raise away to re-enter Tai 3 for a last throw of the dice on the basement play?

I made clear that I was only interested in QLD, and not a return to Victoria assets. CresWick doesn't interest me anymore because of the results to date. AH himself said the last round of results were poor.

As for the share price, it depends on the results they get from CresWick this time round. Anything like before, and you will see that placing price for sure, because it will continue the cycle of wasting precious funds on dusters.

Fund raises are very difficult to get away for junior explorers right now. Even companies wanting to raise £300k have had to give massive discounts to placees.

He1 is asking for £millions to drill very high risk and low probability targets, having drilled a number of holes at its main target already without hitting the pay dirt. For this last throw of the dice (and let's be clear, that is what it is), it is little wonder that for the £millions they need, they are likely being bent over a barrel in order to get it.

If Itumbula doesn't produce the goods, then it will likely be game over for He1, as they will really struggle to raise the £millions necessary thereafter to continue drilling for Helium. Even with their own Rig, its a very costly business, requiring £millions per hole. All imo and dyor

1p trap door was always going to open if they are not going to announce the funding. What price is it going to be done at now?

How much are they likely to need to drill both? Surely can’t be more than £5 million given they have raised for Itumbula already once, and Tai 3 is a re-entry job?
